The prize draw is open to NZ residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Goldline Construction Limited and their immediate families, associated suppliers, retailers or companies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
To be eligible you must own an Auckland property that meets the zoning standards for adding a stand-alone Minor Dwelling or stand-alone additional dwelling of maximum size 65m2 and do all the homework including going live in the Minor Dwelling Feasibility Challenge Facebook group. The winner must also have the finance available or be able to get the finance for the cost amount and start the Preliminary process within three months of winning the draw.
Winner to pay all Preliminary, Supplier and Subcontractor quoted and authorised amounts for the prize directly to service providers and material suppliers at Goldline Construction’s wholesale cost prices. The winner must agree to the whole preliminary and construction process being recorded and documented for promotional, commercial, and training purposes.
Promotion period is from Monday 5th October to draw date of Thursday 29th October and closes 10 minutes before the live draw. As part of the Minor Dwelling Feasibility Challenge an offer/s for products and/or services may be made to the challenge participants and purchasers may get extra entries into the draw as part of the offer/s (extra entries to be confirmed at time of offer/s).
The draw will be live streamed into the Minor Dwelling Feasibility Challenge Facebook group. The draw will be done using Wheel Of Names spinning wheel at wheelofnames.com. The winner must be watching live and has 3 minutes to respond by text message using the mobile number they registered with. A specific mobile number will be given at the time of the draw for the winner to contact via text message. If the winner doesn’t respond in time (by the end of 3 minutes) then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and Goldline Construction will select another winner using the same method. The prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Goldline Construction shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to any event beyond its control.
Goldline Construction’s decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
